USGrocer Customer Review

I placed a small order with usgrocer.com on April 16th, 2020. They had a relatively limited selection of groceries. I tried paying directly with my credit card, but I kept getting payflow errors. I then paid via PayPal. After payment was sent, I got an error screen instead of a confirmation screen. My credit card was charged, but I only got a copy of my PayPal receipt and no invoice for what I purchased.
I immediately emailed customerservice@usgrocer.com, but did not get a response after a few days. I tried calling their customer service phone number several different times (800-791-2114), but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail.
At this point, I can only guess that they went out of business, but the website doesn't indicate that anything is wrong.
